EDUKASI DAN KONSULTASI TERHADAP ASPEK HUKUM KEKERASAN DALAM RUMAH TANGGA KEKERASAN (KDRT) PADA MASYARAKAT KABUPATEN KEPULAUAN SERIBU

The partner in community service activities is the PKK Regency Serok Working Group I. Legal community relations in the Thousand Islands District, make people not know about what factors are causing Domestic Violence (Domestic Violence) and how to resolve the Domestic Violence. For this reason, the community service method used is to provide counseling and education to local communities about domestic violence. With this agreement, we will provide knowledge about the legal protection for victims of domestic violence and what penalties can be given and applied to the protection of domestic violence. Therefore, the expected outcome will be that the people in the Thousand Islands can deny and respect human rights, representing those related to gender equality and gender equality in each household so as to avoid domestic violence and law enforcement and assistance that related to victims of domestic violence will be more sensitive and responsive to handling cases of domestic violence. The output that will be generated in this activity is a report on the results of community service that publishes P2M articles which will be published in the journal Abdimas Community Service. In this article steps will be taken to carry out these activities, so that this method can be applied elsewhere with the same problem.
